What You'll Do:

• In-Home Support: Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and household tasks.

• Social and Community Support: Help clients engage in community activities and build social connections.

• Group Support: Facilitate activities that promote skills development and social interaction.

• Overnight Support: Provide overnight care to ensure clients' safety and comfort.

• As Required: Adapt and provide support to meet clients' unique needs.

Requirements:

• Passion for supporting individuals with disabilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Flexibility and adaptability.

• Relevant qualifications and experience in disability support (or lived experience).

• First Aid and CPR certification.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transport.

• Yellow Card (working with disabilities).

• Blue Card (working with children).
