Supporting People
Building Confidence
Creating Better Futures

Individualised supports built around the person, their goals and the life they want to live.

What Makes ACE Different?

At ACE Supports, we believe good support starts with understanding the person.

Our approach has been shaped by years of experience across disability support, caring, advocacy and working alongside participants, families and professionals.

Those experiences continue to reinforce one simple belief:
Understand the person first, then build the right supports around them.

We provide individualised supports across home, community, employment and supported living, alongside our specialist Hospital Transition & Discharge Service.

We work collaboratively with individuals, families, carers and professionals to build confidence, strengthen independence and create meaningful, lasting outcomes.

Some people don't fit neatly into a box. Neither do we.

Privately Funded Supports

You don't need NDIS or Aged Care funding to access support from ACE.

ACE Supports welcomes privately funded individuals and families looking for flexible, individualised support outside government-funded programs.

Whether support is needed for a child, adult or older person, we take the time to understand the individual, their family circumstances, routines, preferences, culture and what is important to them.

We recognise that every person and family is different. Where cultural, religious, language, privacy or gender preferences are important to the way support is provided, we will work with the individual and their family to understand and respect those preferences wherever possible.

Support can be arranged and paid for privately, without the need for NDIS or Aged Care funding.

Supporting Carers

ACE Supports is proud to support carers through our affiliation with Wellways Carer Gateway.

We provide individualised support to the person being cared for, giving carers the opportunity to take a break from their caring responsibilities knowing the person important to them is well supported.

Through this work, we have supported people across a broad range of ages and circumstances, with support needs relating to disability, mental health, ageing and other individual care needs.

OUR 4-STEP CARE PROCESS

1

STEP 1 – LISTEN & UNDERSTAND

Every good support arrangement starts with listening.

We take the time to understand the person, their goals, routines, strengths, preferences and what matters most to them.

The person's voice guides what happens next.

2

STEP 2 – PLAN TOGETHER

We work alongside the individual and, where appropriate, their family, carers, Support Coordinator and other professionals to design supports around their individual circumstances.

The goal is to build the right supports around the person.

3

STEP 3 – PUT THE RIGHT SUPPORTS IN PLACE

Once the plan is clear, we establish the supports, team and routines needed to help the person feel safe, confident and supported.

4

STEP 4 – REVIEW, ADAPT & MOVE FORWARD

People's circumstances, needs and goals can change.

We listen to feedback, review supports and make adjustments when needed, with a focus on confidence, independence and meaningful long-term outcomes.
